Migrate Advanced Panelboxes to Cloud

Please refer to our main documentation for the Migration Assistant for general instructions on how to migrate bitvoodoo apps.

The following information is specific to the app "Advanced Panelboxes for Confluence".

Your pre-defined Panelboxes are not lost when migrating to Cloud. With a little workaround, you can import all your existing settings.

Copy configuration on Server / DC

1. Go to "General configuration".

2. Select "Advanced Panelboxes" in the menu on the left.

3. Click the button "Advanced Configuration".

4. Copy the XML code in the box.
   

   

Paste configuration in Cloud

1. Install the app "Advanced Panelboxes" for Cloud.

2. Go to "General configuration".

3. Select "Settings Import" below "Advanced Panelboxes" in the menu on the left.
   

   

4. Paste the XML code into the box.
   

   

5. Hit the "Import" button.

In the long run, we will automate these steps in the Atlassian Migration Assistant to ease the transition to Cloud.
