Sometimes our support will ask you to send a Support ZIP to clarify your request.
You need to be an administrator to create a Support ZIP.
Support ZIPs can only be created on Server and Data Center instances.

Attach the ZIP file to your open support ticket. You can use drag&drop or upload the file as an attachment.
If the file is too large, please let us know and we will send you a link to a file share.
