Language Dropdowns

This is a wrapper for the macro Language Dropdown.

Parameter

The ID of the language dropdown wrapper container `id`	Used to save the selected option in a cookie.	string
Dynamic table of contents `modifyToc`	If checked, the headings of the non displayed language section are hidden in the table of contents macro too.	boolean		true
