Cloud migration

With this release, we have introduced an automated migration path to Confluence Cloud 👏

If you want to migrate to the Cloud, you can take all your accumulated Viewtracker views with you - no workarounds needed 🎉

Note: There is a limit of 4 million Viewtracker views in version 7.1.0, which can be a challenge for big instances.
Viewtracker version 7.3.8 and above can now migrate all existing views to the Cloud. We highly recommend upgrading to the latest version.

We also fixed a few bugs that we found during our continuous testing rounds.
