Why can't I see data from before we used Viewtracker?
Unfortunately, Viewtracker only counts page views and interactions starting on the day the app was installed on your instance. Any views before that will not appear on any report. Changing the date range to a longer period like “All time” will not influence the numbers.
However, we’ve added the option to import data from Confluence Analytics (Data Center) in Viewtracker to include numbers from before the Viewtracker app installation. Read how to do this:
